The city has done away with its regular parking meters, to make way for new “smart” meters. These intelligent devices charge higher parking fees to vehicles that are polluting and drink excessive liters of fuel.

However, unlike Tesla, Toyota won’t be going completely electric and will instead settle for a fuel cell powertrain.

And we don’t blame them either, given the fact that engines as huge as these have big appetites too. However, the Italian manufacturer isn’t planning to stamp a darker carbon footprint anytime soon and plans to turn its blazing red cars greener! Ferrari Powertrain Director Vittorio Dini recently stated that the company will improve its current average C02 emissions of 270 grams per kilometer by 20 percent by 2021.

Recently, France has decided to bring a bike-sharing initiative to the newer generation, helping them understand the need for energy-efficient transport at a younger age. The P’tit Vélib program will be an extension of the already-popular Vélib cycle hire network and will make 00 bikes available to children as young as two!

The Milwaukee-based motorcycle company could soon be dishing out bikes that thump a little lesser than usual, much to the disappointment of bikes and the pleasure of everyone else. Harley posted a video recently of one of its creations riding down Route 66 without the customary potato-potato thump!
