The 65 foot long \u2018cloths mosaic\u201d comprising of nearly 2,100 red, white and blue garments, was unfurled at West Ham Park in East London. The department store\u2019s \u201cShwooping\u201d initiative which is a part of a UK wide clothing recycling program, encourages shoppers to surrender an unwanted piece of clothing for every new one they purchase.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress-1190801-4202256.cloudwaysapps.com\/recycle\/ms-constructs-world-largest-union-jack-from-donated-cloths.php\/attachment\/worlds-largest-flag\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5302 follow external noopener noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wordpress-1190801-4202256.cloudwaysapps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/worlds-largest-flag.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"worlds-largest-flag\" width=\"550\" height=\"331\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5302\" srcset=\"https:\/\/greenlaunches.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/worlds-largest-flag.jpg 550w, https:\/\/greenlaunches.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/worlds-largest-flag-300x180.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nThe flag took just under two hours to complete or just before the winner of the 10 km Open Water Swim crossed the finish line.
