This is why the country is inspired to create its tallest skyscraper and use only wood for the build. The structure will be designed by Anders Berensson Architects and will extend to 40 floors. The entire building will be made out of cross-laminated timber (CLT), which is known for its durability and strength. It is the same wood used to construct all-wood apartments in Portland Oregon. The building will be 436-feet high and include everything from 850 sq. ft. apartments to shopping areas and even private terraces.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wordpress-1190801-4202256.cloudwaysapps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/aba_regeringsgatan47_2inside_apartment_72dpi-590x443.jpg\" alt=\"aba_regeringsgatan47_2inside_apartment_72dpi\" width=\"590\" height=\"443\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-30265\" srcset=\"https:\/\/greenlaunches.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/aba_regeringsgatan47_2inside_apartment_72dpi-590x443.jpg 590w, https:\/\/greenlaunches.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/aba_regeringsgatan47_2inside_apartment_72dpi-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/greenlaunches.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/aba_regeringsgatan47_2inside_apartment_72dpi-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/greenlaunches.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/aba_regeringsgatan47_2inside_apartment_72dpi.jpg 1244w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 590px) 100vw, 590px\" \/><br \/>\nAppropriately named as \u2018tree top\u2019 or in Swedish, &#8220;Tr\u00e4toppen\u201d, the skyscraper will \u2018grow\u2019 out from the middle of a car park.
