However,   H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the ruler of Dubai recently took the nation by surprise by hopping on to a metro train. The head of state then posted his images on Facebook travelling on the metro, in an attempt to encourage the people of Dubai to leave their cars at home and use mass transit instead.
