A Baptist congregation in <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress-1190801-4202256.cloudwaysapps.com\/gadgets-and-tech\/washington-dc-to-have-363-pepsico-dream-machines-swallowing-up-empty-cans-and-bottles.php\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"follow external noopener noreferrer\">Washington<\/a> thinks prays to be best answered when powered by solar energy. The Florida Avenue Baptist <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress-1190801-4202256.cloudwaysapps.com\/alternative-energy\/the-latter-day-saints-church-goes-the-solar-powered-way.php\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"follow external noopener noreferrer\">Church<\/a> recently hooked on a bunch of solar panels on the roof of the church to soak in the sun\u2019s and power up using solar energy. The 10-kilowatt uses 44 solar panels arranged on the church&#8217;s flat roof put into place by Washington-based Volt Energy. That\u2019s not all. Pastor Earl Trent Jr. also went ahead to state that the church has set up its own Green Ministry to help encourage and educate the people at large in regards to <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress-1190801-4202256.cloudwaysapps.com\/alternative-energy\/google-invests-20-million-into-renewable-energy.php\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"follow external noopener noreferrer\">renewable energy<\/a>, energy efficiency, <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress-1190801-4202256.cloudwaysapps.com\/transport\/vesna-a-single-person-electric-vehicle.php\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"follow external noopener noreferrer\">electric vehicles<\/a> and sustainable agriculture.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nThree cheers and a hallelujah for this green initiative by the Florida Avenue Baptist Church!<br \/>\n[<a href=\"http:\/\/www.newsnet5.com\/dpp\/lifestyle\/your_home\/church-in-dc-goes-solar-powered\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"follow external noopener noreferrer\">Newsnet5<\/a>]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Spirituality requires a touch of eco-friendliness too.
