\nThe world\u2019s smallest airplane found its place in the skies. The Cri-Cri recently made its first official flight at Le Bourget airport near Paris, developed jointly by EADS Innovation Works, Aero Composites Saintonge and the Green Cri-Cri Association. And when we say small, we mean it. This one truly is as tiny as a plane can get and is the first-ever four-engined all-electric aerobatic plane, using a lightweight composite structure that helps make up for battery weight and its electric motors. The Cri-Cri uses four brushless electric motors with counter-rotating propellers. The airplane can reach 110km\/h and be flown for 30 minutes, while at 250km\/h; it stays up for a good 15 minutes.<\/p>\n
\nWe just love this sweet little aircraft with its electric heart that might just change the aviation industry of the future for the greener good.
