\nWell, if you live in the city of Hyderabad, India, you now have a place to cool down. And no, we aren\u2019t talking about a giant size refrigerator. Hyderabad will now play host to a sparkling new ice-skating rink. The rink, by Sparq Concepts and Spanish XTRAICE uses a synthetic surface, making the skating-on-ice dream of many city folk a reality. Covering an area of 1,300 square feet, the rink is an eco-friendly place, and though artificial, is 97 percent close to ice-skating.<\/p>\n
\nA fiber-plastic is used at the rink, at which a solution addition makes it a perfect place to skate around. And what makes it eco-friendly? Zero electricity consumption! 25 people can skate at a time, and many more onlookers can look through the viewer gallery. Well, maybe you cant stick your tongue out to taste the ice-flakes on this one, but then again, this is the closest Hyderabad, India, will ever get to the real thing.
