\nToo lazy to walk around the wild snapping pictures? The CoolerBot comes to the rescue! A telepresence robot, this rugged water proof device built by Steve Norris is used for nature photography. It uses energy form the sun to charge itself up with its solar panels. The bot was built using a 48-quart Coleman cooler and PVC pipes. It also boasts an infrared camera and a Nikon SLR to serve the purpose of nature photography. It is powered by two solar panels that are used to soak up the sun and uses two NPC-41250 motors that are muscled up using a 10 amp hour 12 volt SLA battery. The logic uses a 10 amp hour 12 volt SLA battery. The solar panels supply the energy to these two batteries.<\/p>\n
