This design is called House on the Water and it is a self-sufficient getaway home for nomadic life offshore. The greatest feature of this one is that its orientation was developed to maximize the use of solar energy and is designed specifically for people who would like to rent it out. Its other features include water desalination, energy accumulation, ventilation methods, water recycling, heat and energy consumption, tidal and solar energy systems<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nThe design looks really funky and is shaped like a yacht. The core, made of concrete, is combined with steel cantilever structures. The house\u2019s floating deck rises with the water level due to railings installed in the core structure and that leads up to the stairway. You can even go up on the top deck and sun bathe\u2026 just like in a yacht. Formodesign calls it the HotW design. Another unique thing of this house is the beautifully spaced out interiors. Large enough for a lot of light to swim indoors and consistent enough to sleep peacefully with less light.<br \/>\n<span class=\"mt-enclosure mt-enclosure-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress-1190801-4202256.cloudwaysapps.com\/entry_images\/0809\/25\/Eco-friendly_water_house1.php\" onclick=\"window.open(&#039;https:\/\/wordpress-1190801-4202256.cloudwaysapps.com\/entry_images\/0809\/25\/Eco-friendly_water_house1.php&#039;,&#039;popup&#039;,&#039;width=1024,height=719,scrollbars=no,resizable=no,toolbar=no,directories=no,location=no,menubar=no,status=no,left=0,top=0&#039;);
