Lightening electric sports car inspired by race cars from the past

Take an electric car, give it a blast from the past, and you’d probably end up with something like this! Called the Lightening, this electric car by EnviroTech sports a 56V DC electric racing motor that enables it to go well above the 100mph mark. Also, this one touches the 60mph mark in below 5 seconds and uses 13 12V Delco deep cycle batteries that give the Lightening a 40 mile range on a full belly. Also, the car is available off the shelf as individual components, just in case you prefer building your rides by your own hands. All in all, the Lightening might sure not look like those space-age electric supercars we’ve seen rolling out these days, though this little electric reminiscent of past racers sure packs a load of oomph too!
