• Honda’s CR-Z sporty hybrid and Fit Hybrid will hit the roads in 2010

    Hold on to your plans of purchasing a new hybrid car till 2010 as Honda is gearing up to roll out two new models in Japan next year. If you are in a hurry then the CR-Z sporty hybrid model will hit the store in the month of February. While Fit Hybrid will be seen towards the end of 2010. Being compact in size and light in weight, both the hybrid cars will imply the unique characteristics of Honda’s Integrated Motor Assist (IMA). The CR-Z concept vehicle made its first appearance at the 40th Tokyo Motor Show in 2007. This sporty hybrid will feature advanced technologies that deliver enjoyable driving for all while reducing the vehicle’s environmental footprint. Since Honda intends to do its part to reduce CO2 emissions, the company is focusing on and implementing many technologies that promise to improve fuel-efficiency without compromising on performance.
