Shopping is seen as a futile activity by many, but it’s also the most profitable to many people. And having a green heart while you splurge is the best thing to happen. So if you are used to shopping at Estero’s upscale outdoor shopping center called the Coconut Point, is all set to go slightly green. This shopping paradise will be the first in the locality to get solar powered golf carts from Gulf City Solar, which is based in Bonita Springs.

These golf-carts come installed with light weight solar kits by Gulf City Solar which is created out of a thin film-like panel that weighs as little as nine pounds. All you need to do is remove the double-sided tape and stick the panel to the carts. The system uses a regulator to control energy production and flow ensuring 30 percent more efficiency than other similar systems.
