We’re pretty sure you’ve spent some pretty frustrating hours sitting in taxis in gridlocked streets, waiting to get home from work. Well, if those city streets packed with cars during rush-hour have given you all the haunts you could put up with already, here’s a concept for the future that’s sure to leave you smiling. Water taxis! Called the C.A.T. (City Aquatic Transport), this water taxi of the future could get you home, using waterways instead. Big enough to carry 4 passengers, this one is designed to run on electricity, meaning that the water will stay clean and so will the air, as you commute through the waves home.

Complete with a transparent roof for panoramic views, W-Fi access, in-built power outlets to charge up your devices, and a foldable table with 360-degree rotating seats, the C.A.T. could soon be the next best way to get back home, on a crowded urban evening.
