A few years from now, the world will change, and those rickety old smoking gasoline powered cars will be slowly pushed off streets to make way for clean, green and sleek electric cars and hybrids. Well, those old gasoline pumps will follow suit too, and instead, we’ll have sleeker places to charge our cars! One of these charging points that could soon power up our future cars is the Blink, designed by ECOtality and Frog Design in partnership. These charging stations don’t need to consume all that space like the gasoline pumps did. They simply prop up on a wall in corners near a shopping center, mall, garage and other public road side places making it easier and more convenient to charge electric cars.

Besides this, the Blink chargers also keep you informed on your energy usage and makes sure you don’t waste too much of this precious resource that the world is scratching out of the ground. Goodbye gas pumps!
