Mon Pot to let you know when your plant needs water

After babies, children, husband and the pets screaming or whining for food, now even the plants in your house will ask out for food. In a slightly different way – the Mon Pot way. This is a pot for flowers or plants that will let you know when you need to water it. The pot made out of bioplastics (plastics derived from renewable biomass) is mounted on a base that can be rotated to any of three indicators – for a day, a week or two weeks. When it needs water, it rotates to regain its original position and this way you will know that its time to feed it again. Also the marks of time indicator are made of small solar cell, enough to power an LED.

This rotation process will also help it collect enough sunlight helping it further. Wonder why it’s called Mon Pot though. My pot in French? Maybe not.
